This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which products purchased on the InstaBucket platform may be returned and refunded. By placing an order, customers agree to the conditions mentioned below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Customers may request a return within the specified return window mentioned on the product page.
- A product shall be eligible for return only if:
- It is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery; or
- It significantly differs from the product description or images displayed on the platform.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including:
- Original packaging
- Tags, labels, manuals, and accessories
2. Non-Returnable Products
- The following products are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Perishable goods
- Innerwear, personal care, or hygiene-related products (where applicable)
- Products explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Such exclusions shall be clearly disclosed prior to purchase, in compliance with applicable Indian laws.
3. Return Process
- Return requests must be initiated through the InstaBucket app or website within the eligible return period.
- Upon approval, a pickup shall be scheduled or return instructions shall be shared with the customer.
- Returned items are subject to quality inspection by the seller or authorized logistics partner.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds shall be initiated only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
- Refund processing timelines:
- UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- Debit / Credit Cards / Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- InstaBucket shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests may be offered at the seller’s discretion, subject to product availability.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund shall be processed as per this policy.
6. Refund Deductions (If Applicable)
- Refund amounts may be reduced in cases where:
- Returned products show signs of use or damage not attributable to delivery issues
- Original packaging or accessories are missing
- Any applicable deductions shall be communicated to the customer prior to refund initiation.
7. Seller & Customer Obligations
- Sellers are required to honor return and refund requests in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate return reasons and handing over products in acceptable condition.
8. Misuse of Policy
Excessive or fraudulent return or refund requests may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination, in line with InstaBucket’s internal review process.
9. Policy Amendments
InstaBucket reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time to comply with legal, operational, or business requirements. Changes shall be effective upon publication on the platform.
