InstaBucket Seller – Account & Data Deletion Policy

At InstaBucket Seller, we respect your privacy and provide sellers the ability to delete their account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your seller account:

  1. Log in to the InstaBucket Seller app.
  2. Go to Menu > Profile > Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your request.

Alternatively, you can email us at support@instabucket.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.


What Data is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  1. Seller profile information (name, email, phone, address).
  2. Product listings, descriptions, images, and prices.
  3. Order history linked to your seller account.
  4. Payment and settlement information (except what must be retained by law).

What Data is Retained

Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, including:

  1. Financial transaction records (for tax & compliance purposes).
  2. Fraud prevention and dispute resolution data.
  3. These are kept for up to 7 years (or as required by local law) and then securely deleted.
